Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the "Ein Gedi Workshop,” I am delighted to invite you to share a unique experience: a workshop on emotions held in one of the world’s most magical places – Kibbutz Ein Gedi’s Guesthouse.
For those of you who do not know Ein Gedi or haven’t visited this scenic area lately, prepare yourselves for breathtaking views. On your right you will find the lowest spot in the world –the Dead Sea in all its glorious shades of blue. On your left you will see the desert cliffs decorated with water springs and the David and the Arugot streams. If this is not enough, the refreshing sweet springs of the kibbutz have enabled the members to develop unique vegetation and amazingly beautiful botanical gardens.
“Ein Gedi Country” is not only incredibly beautiful, it is a natural spa area preserving quality of life in a magical environment. The kibbutz sweet springs are known throughout the world for their healing powers. For years the kibbutz has specialized in providing spa services, including unique massages and hot springs baths, which may be available to participants during intermissions.
Ein Gedi is less than an hour drive from Jerusalem and an hour and a half from Ben Gurion airport. Participants will enjoy rooms specially designed to match the surrounding view.* Great facilities and interesting activities are also available: a guided audio-visual tour to Masada, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a gym, and naturally a swim at the Dead Sea and hikes around the Arugot and David springs.
We hope the experience of workshops that focus on our deep emotions combined with the enchanting treasures of Ein Gedi will contribute to reinvigorating both body and soul.
I am looking forward to meeting with each of you personally at the conference.
Yours sincerely,
Dr. Pnina Rappoport
Chairperson
The organizing committee
*Early workshop registration is advisable. Unfortunately, the number of rooms at the Ein Gedi Guesthouse is limited and late registrants may have to be transferred to other hotels in the Dead Sea area.
